Refuse Site (Tip)

The Refuse Site is open on Thursday & Saturday from 9am - 1pm to Tammin residents ONLY!

Taking general waste, green waste and the following recycling: aluminium & steel cans, cardboard & paper, plastic bottles & containers, glass bottles & jars (no lids please).

Cash 4 Containers

Now available at the Tammin Refuse Site during open hours

Bring your separated collection of cans and bottles in collection bags marked with your individual Scheme ID or the ID of your chosen organisation.  These will be collected by Avon Valley Cash 4 Containers and refunds will be deposited into your nominated bank account.

drumMUSTER

Now available at the Tammin Refuse Site during open hours

drumMUSTER program will continue under Agsafe's fee-for-service model, emphasising the commitment to ongoing waste management services for our industry. Participation in the drumMUSTER program remains vital for environmental sustainability and encourage continued engagement.

Rubbish Removal Service

The rubbish removal service is provided under contract by Avon Waste.

Rubbish is collected on Friday each week. Do not leave your bin permanently by the kerb as the replacement of a stolen or damaged bin may be at your expense. The bin has a serial number stamped on the side, and this number is recorded against your property address.  Should you vacate the house, the bin should remain.  A new bin will be provided at your new address within the area serviced by Avon Waste.

Entitled Pensioners	$150.00
