Trading In Public Places

This area involves the auditing of all stalls and mobile traders that operate within the Town. Stall operators and/or traders must apply to Council for a Trading in Public Places License. There are prescribed fees associated in relation to the time frame the license is required for.

Sporting and charitable organizations are exempt from prescribed fees (must prove to Council that they are non-profit organisation) however they are required to apply to Council for a Trading in Public Places License or an Application to Conduct a Street Stall.
