Trading In Public Places

The Shire is responsible for the auditing of all stalls and mobile traders that operate within the Town.  Stall operators and/or Traders must apply to Council for a Trading in Public Places Licence.  There are prescribed fees associated in relation to the time frame the licence is required for.

Sporting and charitable organisations are exempt from the prescribed fees (must prove to Council that they are non-profit organisation), however they are required to apply to Council for a Trading in Public Places Licence or complete an Application to Conduct a Street Stall.
